    First of all, if you get a menu and you see the coupons on the side...YOU CAN'T USE THEM on the same day! Well what do you do if you are only in town for one day.... stupidity...Next, the woman dropped the "f"  bomb while speaking yo a customer, us, because she was confused about our order. I'm writing this as I'm waiting for our food . She just said that she just put her hand right in the pickles...I'm glad ours are packed already. BTW, I didn't see their latest inspection grade posted...IJS...get it together or hire more help. Customer service is a big deal and appearance is too.

    Let me start off by saying these folks have no idea what customer service is at all. How are you going to argue with a paying customer in an an empty restaurant about being busy? Called I. A simple order they said 10 minutes, long story short they didn't start my order until I got there. Mind you I had phoned in the order, waited 20 minutes before I left my house. Still had to wait another 15 minutes. I don't know who owns this joint but y'all need to take note and fix their attitudes. As I mentioned before y'all have no idea about customer service. I enjoy your food, but I loathe your customer service. I would have given a negative star if I could...that's how bad the service was!! It's a darn shame that the people working for you are so rude and flippant!!

    Came here to get a grinder haven't been here in years but make it a point to try to stop here! With that being said the girl at the register is handling the money and then goes to make people's food go freakin gross is that and the lady said it's the same whether she has on gloves or not that's just NASTY!! Won't come back here ever again!!!!!

    Ordered a meatball Mariners grinder, tasted okay wish the bread was better.but a little disappointed it cost $10.00  cheese fries was awful two slices of cheese melted on top GROSS

    I have been here a few times because it's within walking distance from work and it's usually a hit or miss. Today I went with the chicken cutlet grinder and unfortunately I was disappointed. My coworker got a few slices of pizza and said this time they were pretty good.
